Our loft is located right next to the Keskturg tram stop — in the very heart of Tallinn, easily accessible by any means of transport.
Right in front of the entrance, you’ll find Europark EP17 parking areas (addresses: Tartu mnt 33 / Kunderi 8a).
Parking is available 24/7 at €3.60/hour (€1.80 per 30 minutes) or €14 per day.
Just a two-minute walk away, the Kesklinn area begins in Politsei Park, where parking is free after 19:00,
after 15:00 on Saturdays, and all day on Sundays.
The neighborhood is surrounded by cafés, shops, and restaurants.
It’s just a 5-minute walk to Stockmann and about 15 minutes to the Old Town.

Furniture, sofas, tables, and decorative elements can be freely rearranged to create the perfect atmosphere — whether it’s a banquet, party, workshop, or photoshoot.
Most items can be moved easily on your own, while larger elements such as the bar counter or multimedia equipment can be relocated upon prior arrangement.
We always help you organize the layout to make the space both functional and visually appealing, so the venue looks exactly the way you imagined.

If you prefer to try something from our bar, beverages are paid separately: on average, a cocktail costs around €6, a bottle of cold prosecco €15, and beer €3.

Our bartender usually operates it, but you’re also welcome to try yourself as a mixologist.
If you wish, the bartender can host a short cocktail masterclass, show how to use the tools properly, and share a few secrets of the cocktail craft.

The hall features a 65-inch Samsung Smart TV on wheels, which can be easily moved around the space.
The screen can be used for presentations, karaoke, background videos, or screenings.
